Rules:
1. Each contestant is only allowed to contest with one song. (Contestants decide over the repetition for verse and chorus of the song selected)
2. Contestants must submit recorded video, which its resolution must be at least 480p. Face of contestant must be shown clearly in the video.
3. Contestants decide over whether singing along with playing an instrument or with minus one.
4. Any language for song is accepted.
5. Contestants will be disqualified for any rules found not followed.

1. Must be a UMS student
2. Any race
3. Registration fee: RM 5 (hand to Incubator’s treasurer on the date of video submission)
Contest details:
1. Date of registration: 8 to 12 Dec 2014
2. Registration procedure: submit personal details (song title, contestant, age, housing address and hp number) to Incubator e-mail incubatorworkshop@gmail.com , and name the subject of the mail as ‘Incubator Online Pop Singing Contest Registration’
3. Date of video submission：13 to 14 Dec 2014
4. Way of submission: hand your own video to Incubator’s secretary. Venue: UMS library foyer; Time: 2-6pm
5. Date of voting : 22-28 Dec 2014
6. Way of voting : Through Incubator FB page, like the contestant’s video which had been uploaded
7. Result basis : 60% FB ‘likes’ + 40% judging panels
8. If number of contestants exceeded 15, filtration will be required where 15 contestants will be selected. Selected contestants have to select another song for second round contest, rules are as previous (registration fee is excluded)
9. If number of contestants is less than 15, winner will be directly selected.
10. All contest requirements are reserved under Incubator, included the right over ending contest or changing rules.
P/s：If any contestant could not submit videos to secretary in the time of duration stated (13 to 14 Dec 2014), please personally contact secretary for any other ways of submission and submission must be done by 20 Dec 2014.

比赛宗旨：
1. 提升大学生对音乐的认识。
2. 发掘大学歌唱人才。
3. 提倡大学生的唱歌风气。
比赛规则：
1. 每位参赛者只能提交一首参赛歌曲。( 需包括主歌与副歌，重复不重复，参赛者自己决定)
2. 参赛者需提交影片，影片清晰度至少 480p，影片中必须看到参赛者的样子。
3. 参赛者可选择自弹自唱或是用伴奏音乐。
4. 歌曲语言不设限。
5. 若参赛者没有遵守规则，参赛资格将被取消。
参赛条件：
1. 只限UMS学生参加
2. 种族不拘
3. 报名费：RM 5（提交给incubator 财政(与提交影片同一天)）
赛制：
1. 报名日期 ：2014年12月8日至 2014年12月12日
2. 报名方式 ：请把个人资料（歌曲名字，原唱者名字，参赛者中，英文名字，年龄，住家地址，电话号码）上传至音谷贝特电邮incubatorworkshop@gmail.com，并在信息题目栏里注明‘音谷贝特网络流行音乐歌唱比赛报名’
3. 提交影片日期 ：2014年12月13日至2014年12月14日
4. 提交影片方式 ：请把自己的影片提交至音谷贝特秘书手中。地点：UMS图书馆大门前面，时间：下午2点至6点
5. 投票日期 ：2014 年 12月22 日至 2014 年 12 月28日
6. 投票方式 ：通过音谷贝特面子书里，在自己喜欢的参赛者影片里按赞
7. 评分方式 ：60% 面子书的‘赞’ + 40% 听审团
8. 若参赛人数多于15人，比赛将进行筛选，选出15位参赛者进决赛。参赛者必须另选一首歌曲比赛，规则照旧。（不需要再缴交报名费）
9. 若参赛人数少于15人，则直接选出胜利者。
10 . 音谷贝特保留所有比赛的条例，包括终止比赛或更改比赛规则的权利。
备注：如有参赛者在12月13号至12月14号指定时间内不能提交影片，请务必在12月15号至12月20号之间私下联络秘书以方便提交影片。
